ettain group has an immediate need for an experienced IT UX Development Lead in Charlotte, NC!

Successful candidate will work with UX-Development on standards and methodologies.  Assign project resources to implementing Monaco application changes and manages development of HTML/JavaScript and CSS for the Monaco applications.  Publish changes to templates / resource bundles for Monaco applications using Tridion as needed.  Candidate will own all Tridion content that is solely used by Monaco applications to avoid accidental application impacts by content changes.  Managing Onsite / Offshore staffing model to quickly ramp up and ramp down resources based on project need.

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years in Development Lead/Managerial role required.
• Monaco application experience highly preferred.
• Experience managing Onsite / Offshore required
