ettain group  has an immediate contract need for an experienced Project Manager in the northern Charlotte, NC market!

The PM is responsible for work at an extremely high level of technical complexity.  In addition to managing SDLC the PM is responsible for cultivating and applying an understanding of Lowe’s methodology, policies, standards, and internal and external controls.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a detail oriented and customer focused IT professional with a strong background in EAI technologies (webMethods, DataPower etc).  This position also requires a high degree of teamwork and interaction with various business units, making interpersonal skills and a positive attitude extremely important.  Finally, the successful candidate will demonstrate a creative and forward thinking approach to both problem solving activities and development and delivery of innovative, high quality solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Seven to ten years of project development experience with one to three years of project management experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Proven ability to successfully work with other business users and other IT departments.
• Effective leadership skills with ability to lead in a team environment.
• Effective listening, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to promote and build teamwork.
• Ability to successfully deliver solutions to business problems.
• Strong prioritization skills. Knowledge of SDLC quality standards and excellent planning skills.
• Effective organizational skills with the ability to multi-task on several projects simultaneously and self manage activities.
• Effective problem solving skills with the ability to effectively resolve issues.
