Current, potential and past contractors are some of our most valuable resources we have in helping identify other potential contractors for ettain group, and it is our goal to create an industry leading referral plan that will allow our contractors to be recognized and rewarded for the referrals they give to us.
The ettain group contractor Refer-A-Friend program will pay a fee to any past, potential and current contractors who refer a candidate that is successfully placed by ettain group and remains on contract for 90 days. The plan is designed to encourage our contractors to refer multiple candidates, and the fees paid for referrals that are successfully placed increases after each referral.

Contractors may not refer someone who has already applied to ettain group, who already works for ettain group or who has worked for ettain group within the last twelve months.
In the event that an application is referred from more than one source, the deciding factor will be the date of receipt of the referral within ettain group. ettain group will inform the participating parties when such situations arise.
If the referrer is still employed at ettain group, a referral bonus will be added to the referrer's pay check. If the referrer is no longer working for ettain group, a check will be mailed to the last address that the company has on file unless otherwise instructed.
Bonus awards are taxable income and will be subject to applicable deductions. Anyone receiving $750 or more will need to complete a W9 from ettain group and will be paid through ettain group’s payroll. Bonus recipient will also receive a 1099 at the end of the year and will be subject to taxes at the end of the year.
