new web strategy including a redesigned corporate web site (located at
www.mergent.com) that allows users to securely order Mergent's business
and financial information products online. In addition to adding secure
e-commerce functionality, the new Mergent site provides customized content and
products to targeted user groups like libraries, corporations, individuals,
financial services, professional services and strategic partners.
"Our new web site is a significant step in communicating a true regenerated

content management module enabling Mergent's marketing department to update
content on the website easily and with little involvement from the technology
team. Order information is also accessible using this system, enabling internal
