ettain group Unveils New Web Site for the Charlotte Coliseum, Cricket Arena and Ovens Auditorium

CHARLOTTE, NC (October 3, 2002) - The Charlotte Coliseum, Ovens Auditorium and Cricket Arena have launched new web sites thanks to a new web strategy developed by ettain group. The new web sites feature drastically improved designs as well as a user-friendly interface for users to find information on each venue and upcoming Charlotte events. ettain group also developed a custom content management system that creates efficiencies by enabling the staff of each venue to easily and instantly update information on the web site.

"These new web sites represent a new user-centered online strategy we devised with ettain group," explains Ereka Crawford, Director of Marketing for the Charlotte Coliseum, Cricket Arena and Ovens Auditorium. "They communicate the brand of each venue and provide a positive experience for our diverse customer groups. This strategy will lead us in the right direction as Charlotte and the entertainment industry evolve."

The Charlotte Auditorium-Coliseum-Convention Center Authority, who operates all three venues, as well as the Charlotte Convention Center, teamed up with ettain group in June to develop an online strategy for improving their various online presences, but integrating their web sites into their overall business systems as well. This project comes on the heels of the redesign project ettain group completed for the Charlotte Convention Center web site.
