CHARLOTTE, NC (November 14, 2002) - ettain group, a leading technology services
company recently joined forces with Royal & SunAlliance USA to deliver a
new U.S. corporate Internet site for the property/casualty insurer. With
greatly improved usability and functionality, the site - located at
www.royalsunalliance-usa.com -- provides easy access to the company's
product, claim and agent information.
It also offers multiple paths to key information, including a new agent match
function, business-specific "Report a Claim" information and additional
self-service applications.
Behind the scenes, the site is supported by ettain group's customized
administration system tools such as content management and communication
tracking that ease product & service content management and provide a
communication tracking workflow to increase the overall quality of customer
service. These functions and a reduced total cost of ownership (TCO) are
achieved through storing content (including a hierarchy of product and service
information) and supporting meta data, in a channel-neutral XML repository
built upon the Microsoft.NET platform.
