ettain group Enhances Online Storefront for PC Manufacturer eMachines
CHARLOTTE, NC (December 02, 2002) - ettain group has launched an improved
online storefront for PC manufacturer eMachines that not only expands the
number of products available online, but also makes it easier for consumers to
purchase PCs, peripherals and accessories online at
http://store.emachines.com . This latest version also lets customers
"Tell a Friend" about a product by automatically sending a link to the product
via email from the website. Online customers can also compare products to help
them choose the products that fit their needs and take advantage of both online
and offline promotions by entering a specific promotional redemption code at
the storefront. This also enables the eMachines marketing team to better track
the effectiveness of promotions.
ettain group also streamlined eMachines' call center application by providing
an easy-to-use product finder that assists call center specialists in quickly
locating product and inventory information. The updated call center application
also integrates with their ERP system, allowing specialists to complete order
entry using just one system. These additions speed the order process for
customers who order products by calling the toll-free number 1-800-362-2446.
