Novant Health and ettain Begin Intranet Project

CHARLOTTE, NC - Novant Health, a leader in the delivery of technologically advanced healthcare, has selected ettain to enhance the functionality of the Novant corporate intranet system. ettain will document the requirements and design the functionality for a robust search engine that allows Novant's 12,000+ employees to quickly and easily find company, patient and physician information.

As part of a mutual commitment to user-centered design, ettain and Novant will interview key intranet users to determine the optimal design for a positive user experience. ettain will work closely with Novant's web team to complete this project that will lead to the development effort later in 2002.
