CHARLOTTE, NC (June 3, 2003) - ettain group, a leading technology services company extended their existing business relationship with BMW Manufacturing Corp. to reengineer their internal and external Change Management Business processes. The team delivered a comprehensive manufacturing solution that significantly reduces potential costs associated with lost production time and rework expenses during the introduction of improvements to the production floor. The new business process is supported by a web based manufacturing application, designed and implemented by ettain group, facilitating the tracking and proactive management of reengineered Change Management process.

Behind the scenes, the Change Management Application leverages manufacturing data from multiple data warehouses to provide a comprehensive view of the information necessary to make informed business decisions. The data warehouses include DB2 and Oracle databases in multiple countries around the world.
