ettain group launches new Contact Management and Reporting Application for Weyerhaeuser

CHARLOTTE, NC (July 12, 2004) - ettain group has launched a new enhanced Contact Database for Weyerhaeuser's Fine Paper Advertising and Communications Department. The purpose of the application is to provide Marketing and Sales an efficient contact management application as well as robust reporting and list generation for the company's direct mail initiatives.

The applications data capture and querying functionality is completely driven by application administrators. This allows application administrators the dynamic control of all query building elements including company customer types, internal company codes, bulk shipment classifications, publication management, contact attributes, company regions and company product lines. In addition, the application also provides document management capabilities for the sharing of information throughout the enterprise. A Content Management System was incorporated into this application to allow the Marketing and Communications Department to publish upcoming initiatives and ongoing updates about the application to a central location.
