ettain group Adds Top Technology Talent to Sales, Strategy and Development Teams
CHARLOTTE, NC (September 10, 2002) - As part of a rapid expansion plan, ettain
group has added three proven technology professionals to the ettain group
Business Development, Strategy and Application Development teams. Bobbi Overby,
Kevin Blackwell and Cliff Green have joined ettain group and are already adding
value for clients with their extensive technology experience and expertise.

Overby has joined ettain group as the new Senior Business Development Manager
for ettain group's Charlotte office. She will provide valuable sales leadership
to Charlotte's Business Development team in both Technology Staffing and
Application Development. She will also help develop sales strategies for ettain
group's sales efforts across the Southeast. Overby has a stellar sales record
and an intimate knowledge of the technology services market in the Carolinas,
serving over nine years as a senior sales associate for some of the region's
top technology firms including Titan Technology Partners, Norstan Consulting,
Prima Consulting and Carlson Compute.
Blackwell brings solid strategy, program management, quality assurance and
application development experience to ettain group's strategy team. He will be
working primarily with ettain group client Royal & SunAlliance, but will
engage other clients as needed. Blackwell has worked in the Southeast as
manager of application development at InTouch Interactive, Global QA Director /
Global Client Partner at iXL and Director of Project Management and Quality
Assurance at Auderra. In these roles, he has helped many Fortune 500 clients
achieve their technology objectives.
Green brings additional senior-level technical leadership to the ettain group
technology development team. He is charged with leading technical projects for
ettain group clients leveraging VB, Java, C#, ASP, COM+, XML, SQL Server and
Oracle for various Internet, intranet and extranet implementations. Green has
served as Manager of Software Engineering at Auderra, Senior Technical Lead at
iXL and an Assistant Vice President at Bank of America.
